We currently only accept credit card payment via Paypal.
What if I want you to work within my workflow?
No problem! If you have an FTP server and a reliable way of exporting outgoing batches, we can pick up your orders daily and deliver them back to your specified file destinations.
What if I don´t have an FTP server and want to utilize an FTP transfer?
No problem. Contact us for a ftp user guide to help you with setup and naming conventions.
Who am I working with?
Your new retouching department is composed of Guangdong province locals. They have all been hired based on their computer expertise and their ability and willingness to learn.
Are your wages fair?
We pay above standard wages. This is our way of maintaining high standards, dedication and loyalty.
What about working conditions?
The Retouching studio is equipped with air conditioning, cooked meals, security, living quarters, a spacious office and natural light. Breaks during daily work hours are mandatory and regular outings are promoted for fun, exercise and team building. Working and legislated standards are not compromised.
WHAT ABOUT QUALITY?
We know you have a keen eye so we guarantee our work 100%. Any photo that does not meet your standard is redone free of charge.
HOW CAN WE DO IT SO MUCH FASTER AND CHEAPER?
We have built a studio that leverages economies of scale. Our technicians have been trained using premier photo industry editing software. Retouching is all we do and we’re good at it.
BUT I HAVE A CERTAIN STYLE I LIKE WHEN I RETOUCH MY PHOTOS?
We will take the time to learn your preferences and your style. We want a long-term relationship with you and truly mean it when we say “We want to be your retouching department”. We will replicate your style of retouching – whatever it may be.
HOW DO I EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT I WANT?
Upload some sample before and after images so we can understand what you like your images to look like. We will work with you so we can emulate your style.
HOW DO I SAVE AND MAKE MONEY?
By using our retouching service your labor, software, hardware, management and facilities costs are reduced leaving you with time to concentrate on generating greater sales for your company or getting back to the important things in life.
